Happy Wednesday things:
- At work I was in the Problem Solve area. I was able to work a little in the hazardous waste area, too.
- After work I walked around the driveway hoping to find signs of spring. Snow is melting. There is mud. My shovel fell over with less snow to hold it up. There are occasional green weeds.
- The package I ordered for TF arrived today. TF is my Texas Friend. We talk on the phone at least once a week. I got her a map of the AT so she can follow along with my hike.
And so there it is. In a few days Bel and I will take about a week to hike the beginning of the Appalachian Trail. Our friend, Corvidae, will be vehicle support for this first little bit. Then we come home for about a week and a half to finish some things up and head back to Georgia. When this happens, my blog will be less regular. I won't always have the internet or power for my phone. Where I have tried to write about things daily that make me happy, I'm also going to want to write about the pains, trials, and obstacles that we encounter. So if you read this regularly, there will be changes. I'm also hoping for some spectacular scenery.
I'm considering Weft a Note as a trail name…

Thank you for being here and being part of my daily happy things. Stay safe!
