 Happy things from today:

• Waking up in a tent is nice.  
• Having people who are running a kitchen and having food available that I just need to help with occasionally is wonderful.
• There was an archery competition that I didn't participate in, but I did shoot a royal round. My intention was to practice a little and then shoot some of the competition. When I practiced the 40 yard target and scored ten points I decided to shoot the royal round. I was going to go back after lunch to shoot in the competition, but I never made it back.

• There was a Baronial Court and a Kingdom court today. At the Baronial Court the new Baron and Baroness gifted Keziah and I a map of Stonemarche that was hand drawn. I'll try to take a picture of it tomorrow. Other people were also honored for their achievements in the SCA. At the Kingdom Court I spoke at someone's elevation into the Order of the Laurel. I fumbled some, but I did okay.

• It was a good, long day. Just hanging out with friends was wonderful, too.
