Green

December 15th

Here are some happy things from today:

• Keziah and I briefly met at the mall to look at puppies at Darbster Rescue and then talk about holiday gifts.  There were some cute animals, but this was primarily an information gathering experience.  I was able to pick up a few small gifts while at the mall.

We got Nanni and Winston through Darbster almost exactly five years ago.   This is Nanni fast asleep.

• Amy met me at the mall a little later and we shopped, walked, and talked. We also planned ahead for meeting up next Monday, hopefully with some other friends too.  I loved seeing the Menorah at the mall.  There are other holidays, including Chanukah, this time of year and I'm always happy to see them being represented. 

• For the holidays, I colored my hair green today.  When I first did it, I thought maybe green wasn't going to be my color.  It looks much better now that it is dry.  I need a hair cut!
