Here are some happy things from today:
- If you read my blog regularly you may recall that the work task of stowing is not my favorite thing to do. The first part of the shift I stowed. The second part I was moved to Problem Solve. Last week they started doing a reset in Problem Solve and this was my first opportunity to work there. There is still more that they need to do, but I like some of the changes so far. The table is about two inches taller and I slammed things on it a few times because I am used to it being lower. 😂
- The items I ordered the other day arrived. I look forward to the weekend when I am hoping to test out the new stove and waterproof socks. The headlamp I got is so tiny! When I first saw the rechargeable headlamps I didn't think they were practical for long distance hiking. After doing some research I decided that the weight is more important. Most of the replaceable battery headlamps weigh more than twice what this little one weighs. So I could have two of these and still not weigh as much as one of the others.
