The shelter that I didn't stay in.
This morning I said goodbye to the two ladies I've been hiking with. We exchanged contact information so I might get to see them again. For now, I'm going to keep trying to reach my car before I run out of food. This shouldn't be a problem, but it is one of the things that makes longer distances challenging.
Some spots on the trail were very busy today. People are out and about enjoying the lovely weather on a long weekend. The most popular spot was Annapolis Rocks. The area is a little to the west of the Appalachian Trail. Lots of people decided to hike there today. I got to take a picture for what appeared to be a men's church group. Most people seem to be very nice hiking the trail.
Part of today's hike was through the rockiest section of the AT in Maryland. No pictures because I was too busy trying to navigate them.

Thank you for being here and being part of my daily happy things. Stay safe!
