Happy things for today:
- For work, I was assigned to the Problem Solve Area the entire time. It was busy and I got to work with good people.
- Mistakes were made when I was home, though. I've decided that I'm too tired after work to set up something new. In this case, that new thing is a practice archery range. Stephanie is letting me borrow a target and I set up a range. Unfortunately, I didn't take my time and think it through. That cost me an arrow. That is when I remembered we have an old rug I could use as a backdrop. The happy parts of this are that I got to practice shooting archery, I learned a bit about setting up a range, and maybe I'll learn how to make my own arrows this winter.
- There was a grasshopper that I startled on my way to the house. It flew up so I could see it in a way that I haven't seen a grasshopper before. It stayed in mostly one spot in the air for maybe a few seconds. It looked like a fairy looking down on me. There was no time to take a picture. The silhouette looked as if it was wearing a skirt (one set of wings) and I could see a whisper of the top set of wings that looked like fairy wings. I was amazed.
