Double Yolks (bring good luck?)

November 16th

Here are some happy things from today:

  • It was a Sunday so I tried to relax for part of it. Eventually I got motivated and moved a bunch of stuff in my room around. I moved them because I was hoping that Zeke could remove the window AC today. He ended up being too busy. I was able to go through and reorganize some of the things though. I need to start getting rid of more things, but that didn’t happen today. I found things that I already knew I wanted to get rid of and hopefully put them somewhere that they won’t get buried again! Slow progress is still progress.
  • At least one of the chickens has been laying some really big eggs. Bel made a frittata for dinner and three of the eggs today had two yolks. We have been eating a lot of eggs lately. I’m glad I like them.
One egg...

Two eggs (and some shell).

  • TF and I had a nice phone call after dinner. It was 84 degrees where she lives in Texas today. Our high was around 43 degrees. I’m about 13 degrees of latitude farther north and 41 degrees colder! I took a short walk while we talked to get my steps in. I’m glad I wore my winter jacket, it was around 34 degrees then.
  • GratitangleZ for today was Rixty.

  • ## 289 words were written on the muffin story. The total is 4022 words.

Thank you for being here and being part of my daily happy things. Stay safe!
