August 5th
Here are some happy things from today:
- Again, I didn't go to classes. Instead, I sat down and made a fingerloop cord for Keziah. I think it came out nice.
- Keziah was helping to run the Knowne World Baronial Youth Tourney. I tried to help with the refreshments, but I really wasn't good at it. It is so much fun watching the little ones play at fighting. When they are in the youngest age group, just a touch in the right place means they are out. No heavy hitting.
- There was an i Sebastiani and Friends show this evening. They put on another great Commedia dell'Arte performance.
- East Kingdom Royal Court was this evening as well and I was summoned to be there. I'm very thankful that Keziah was able to talk with someone and I was put towards the end and I was able to watch the performance. Anyhow, I was called into court and they talked about how well I was doing in archery; specifically how I had made it to the top eight back in May at the Kingdom Archery Competition. They awarded me with the Order Apollo's Arrow. It is for shooting archery. I think this is my first award that doesn't revolve around service.
