October 2nd
Here are some happy things from today:
- One of the chickens has reached the age where it has laid an egg. Yay!
- For what I am choosing to call ‘My Art for October’, I chose to try a Zentangle. I've been watching some videos online and found a list of prompts for the month. It was relaxing, trying this new-to-me art form. There is a tool that I don't have that should blend things better. I'll be looking more into that.
- Keziah got me a pair of earrings for her birthday. She said that part jokingly, that the gift was because she is turning 35 next week so she got her mom a present to celebrate. In reality, she saw them and knew that I must have them.
